Job Description

This position has leadership responsibilities for new business development and technology transition. Successful achievement of assigned responsibilities will require energetic and proactive leadership, an external and collaborative personality, and a fundamental understanding of technologies in Tactical Data Links, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Integrated payloads, Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT and Advanced networking. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify and Grow Customer Relationships
  • Develop and Execute Contact Plans
  • Identify and Develop Customer Hot Buttons
  • Define Customer Problem Space
  • Customer Acquisition Process, Strategy, and Schedule
  • Develop High Level Win Plan
  • Understand and Document As-Is Environment
  • Develop Initial Solution Offering
  • Develop Shaping Actions Driven by
    • High Level Win Plan and Initial Solution Offering
    • Develop Initial Business Strategy

Typical Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree

Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor s Degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Proven ability to establish enduring relationships with US Government DoD, USN, USAF, USA, Platform primes and international
    customer base
  • The ability to work independently with limited direction
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Secret clearance

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Bachelor's in engineering, business and/or marketing with 8+ years of professional experience
  • Master s Degree or Doctorate in engineering, business or marketing
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Tactical Common Data Links, Networking, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), Mission Planning, Autonomy, Data Fusion
  • DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Government experience
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis, market assessment, and price-to-win studies
  • Active Secret clearance
