Manager of Ad Sales Research & Insights, PREMION

Are you an analytics fanatic that sees the story in the numbers and can translate data into powerful narratives and meaningful insights for our sales teams? PREMION seeks a highly qualified individual to lead its internal sales research operations. The right person for the job will have experience turning third-party data into creative stories, competitive positioning and actionable insights that will ultimately increase sales growth with new and existing clients.

In this role, you ll be leading a research and analytics practice under the guidance of PREMION s Data Solutions team for business-critical OTT/CTV advertising client and campaign reporting and creating PREMION s trade/industry-level research positioning and points of view.

This includes PREMION s industry leading dashboard metrics and attribution analytics across PREMION s advertising distribution footprint at national, regional, and local levels.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or other related quantitative field or related discipline
  • 6+ years of professional experience in media research, digital analytics, business analysis or comparable analytics position.
  • Experience solving marketing problems for clients by providing creative and compelling solutions with quantitative and qualitative backing leveraging first, second, and third-party data.
  • Experience in advertising campaign level research and working with pre-sales, sales, account management, operations teams.
  • Proven experience with formulating patterns and stories from data, providing insights and effectively guide to executives with effective presentations.
  • Experience managing and or working with cross-functional projects and teams
  • Self-starter, comfortable initiating and managing projects from design to execution with minimal supervision
  • Product A/B testing and quality measurement experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • OTT/CTV specific advertising sales and research experience
  • Superior quantitative research design and analytical skills.
  • Experience in linear television, OTT, CTV, or advanced TV, or digital media
  • Proficiency with Ad Tech & Mar Tech analytic platforms, such as TapClicks & Comscore
  • Experience with SQL, R, and/or Python
  • Experience with marketing analytics
  • MBA or other relevant degree
  • Track record of innovation
