Are you prepared to join the Tribe of Visiting Angels Survivor Caregivers?! Survivor Caregivers are disbursed inside the greater Kane County Island, where they will use personal vehicles and GPS navigation systems to expeditiously reach their Target Location. Each target location consists of a different Individual Challenge where Survivor Caregivers must think outside of the box to provide ADL assistance, food, water, shelter, protection, and safety to an older adult tribe member. Successfully completed challenges (work shifts) will build your Immunity and help keep you safe from Elimination.
Training is provided therefore Survivor Contestants need no experience to apply but must be motivated and have a passion to serve and protect all older adult tribe members. If you are not one to sit-out from a challenge and you are ready to apply as a contestant, call the Visiting Angels Tribal Council and hear all about the rules.

Every player receives a $100 Reward for participating as a Survivor Caregiver depending on how long he or she lasts on the Island. Terms: if you haven t been Voted Off or given a Penalty (Meaning employment should be in good standing) your reward would be paid out at your 90th day review.
Competitive Caregiver pay rates:
Homemaker - $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Personal Care Assistants (PCA) - $10.50 -- $15 per hour
$160 - $206 per day for live-in positions
Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) $11--$15 per hour
$176 $227 per day for live-in positions
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Working in a CNA Capacity - $11.50 15 per hour
$176 -$227 per day for live-in positions
Bonus Programs: Winning Caregivers who have good availability, are great communicators, and can help-out with emergency shifts are eligible to participate in our Professional Caregiver Incentive Pay Club with eligibility available on their first day of employment. This program allows monthly, quarterly, and annual bonus payouts to employees who have met the requirements of the program.
